How pre‑orders work
Arabian Oud and Oud Elite are on their way to Sheikh from Riyadh. Order now and your bottle is set aside for you the day the shipment lands.
Four steps from Riyadh to you

Order and pay
Choose your perfume and check out as usual. Pre-order items are marked clearly in your cart.

We set it aside
Your bottle is reserved in your name from the shipment, so it cannot sell out on you.

We email when it lands
The day the shipment arrives at Sheikh, we email you to say your order is next.

Dispatched to you
Your order leaves us within a few days, with tracking sent by email. Collecting at Lakeside? We email you when it is ready.
What you pay
You pay the full price of the bottle at checkout, the same way as any other order. There is no deposit option.
Pre-order items are excluded from the buy three, pay for two offer.
When it arrives
The shipment is expected in South Africa in late November 2026. Once it reaches us, pre-orders are dispatched within a few days.
Shipping and customs can move dates. If they do, we email you with the new date straight away.
Ordering with other items
If your order includes items we already have in stock, we send those straight away.
Your Arabian Oud or Oud Elite items are held for you and sent separately as soon as the shipment lands.
Changing your mind
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Email support@sheikh.co.za with your order number.
After delivery, our standard returns policy applies.
Questions
Are these genuine Arabian Oud and Oud Elite perfumes?
Yes. Every bottle ships to us directly from the Arabian Oud warehouse in Riyadh.
Why can’t I have it now?
The shipment is still on its way. Pre-ordering secures your bottle before it lands, since some perfumes arrive in small numbers.
What if the shipment is delayed?
We email you with the details and the new expected date as soon as we know.
Can I collect from the boutique instead?
Yes. Choose collection from our boutique at Shop U10, Lakeside Mall, Benoni at checkout. Collection orders are ready a few days after delivery orders, because the stock travels from our warehouse to the boutique first. We email you when yours is ready to collect.
Can I smell them before I buy?
Testers come with the shipment and will be in the boutique once it arrives. Until then, pre-ordering is the only way to secure a bottle.
How will I know where my order is?
You get an email when the shipment lands and another with tracking when your order is dispatched, or a ready-to-collect email if you chose Lakeside.
