Shipping policy

Delivery fee. Delivery anywhere in South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order. Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for complimentary delivery.

Courier. All orders are dispatched via our Nationwide Courier Service from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference by email.

Delivery times. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer.

In-store collection. You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our boutique at Shop U10, Lakeside Mall, Tom Jones Street, Benoni. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity.

Delivery area. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
