About us. sheikh.co.za is operated by Perfume Doc (Pty) Ltd, trading as Sheikh Fragrances, VAT registration 4240324311.

Orders and payment. All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred; in that event you will be refunded in full immediately.

Product information. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. All fragrances sold by Sheikh Fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the fragrance houses or their authorised distributors. Minor variations in packaging may occur between production batches.

Promotions. Promotional offers, including multi-buy promotions, apply only while active, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Where a promotion discounts one item in a multi-buy, the discount is applied to the lowest-priced qualifying item.

Availability. All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
